A middle-aged patient presented with recurrent chest pain, especially during physical activity. After clinical evaluation, ECG review, echocardiography, and further cardiac assessment, coronary artery disease was suspected.
The patient received a personalized treatment plan including medication, lifestyle guidance, and close follow-up. Further interventional evaluation was recommended to assess the severity of artery narrowing and reduce the risk of future cardiac events.
